How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy.  We accept online orders utilizing our 100% secure server as well as phone, mail and Fax orders.  


Please take time to insure that the information provided is correct.  All communication of order confirmations and other information we need to get to you or from you will be through email.  If you find that the email address entered is incorrect please email customer service at  custserv@artisticemotions.com

By using our shopping cart system this will automatically put the order in our computer system and allow you to print out your order invoice.  Our shopping cart system also allows you to choose your payment option, whether online charge, money order or check.  Your credit card will not be billed until items are shipped.  Check orders will not be shipped until the check clears.  No C.O.D orders are accepted.  If you prefer not to enter in your credit card information online, we will be happy to call you for that information or you can call us at our main number.  You may also send that information in as a mail order.

In the interest of customer security we reserve the right to refuse any orders that we believe to be fraudulent.  All persons attempting to defraud our system will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  All fraudulent attempts into and within our system are logged: IP address, email address and will be given to the authorities.  We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.


How do I know my order has been received?

As soon as you submit your order you will receive an automatic email pre-confirmation notice acknowledging that your order has been received.  If you do not receive that notice your email address must have been entered incorrectly.

What if I want to purchase multiple items and send them to different addresses?

In this case you need to place separate orders for each shipping address.  You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Return Policy:

Our Guarantee and Warranty Information

30-day refund or replacement

Try any of our products for 30 days.  If you are not completely satisfied we will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your purchase price in full (less shipping costs).  It’s that simple, no fine print and no hidden clauses.

Items not returned in good condition will not receive a refund.

Defective or damaged Items

You must contact Artistic Emotions.com via email within 5 days of receiving a damage item.  We will then advise you on the steps that will be taken to correct the situation.

Shipping damage: All packaging must be kept.  Email us for further instructions.  Do not return any items without contacting Artistic Emotions via email.  We will instruct you on where to send items.  If you do not contact Artistic Emotions within 5 days of receiving the damaged item, Artistic Emotions will not be held liable.

Privacy Policy:

We respect your right to privacy.  Any information you give us is strictly confidential.  We do not exchange, share, sell or rent any of the information we obtain from you, with anyone.  We use your information for the sole purpose of completing your sale.  Furthermore, we do not send you unsolicited email-ads or site update information, unless you have subscribed to our mailing list.  We want you to know that you can visit and shop with us without reservation.  Earning your confidence and trust is essential to our continued success.
